Dislocation Composition

well since i have nothing to do...might as well blog...

the unluckiness of gorge has once again take its toll on this very day, the old injury came back with a bang or in case "crackle snappy"...

i've once again dislocated my left patella and it is more loose compared to the first time, whats more scary is the way i dislocate it...during a street soccer game, i was running real fast and i was about to shoot when i just stop and twisted my body and guess what? i heard a loud crack and i was on the floor....and the pain was rather how do i say it...nothing...in fact i don't feel any pain only that when the paramedics came and lifted me up i felt the sharp bone poking my skin...yes my friends, READ "bone poking skin", try feeling it...not only that, my friend kicked my leg and well i did shouted in agony...my teacher asked him to stop and yeah that was funny...girls saw me half-naked lying on the floor like some pathetic weakling...but i wasn't screaming in pain which is a consolation...

anyways, the chances of me playing soccer will be low from what i heard from the paramedics and even the chances of going to combat training will be low....they gave me an example of doing standing board jump, if i landed badly, my leg will just snap like a bloody stick thrown into a wall...guess this was fated, in fact i believe this is what you call wear and tear effect on the body.. ever since sec, i've injured most times on the left knee so i wasn't that surprised....weird thing is that my leg is damn muscular but my bones dislocate real easy....looks like going to gym ain't that effective.... lesson learned, never force yourself over the limits...even for a stong tolerant, physically fit fella like me could be broken down like nothing....and that was what the nurse told me, he said many people have different levels of tolerance and mine just happen to be on my knees..not only that, he said some people he knew dislocated alot of times when they were young and as they get older it becomes more frightening...example:the shoulder has been dislocated for many times and just opening the door will dislocate again....but one good thing though is, some people having dislocated their arms or legs when young will never dislocate as they get older which is kinda cool...and i hope that i am one of those people....

ok thats all i wanna type...if any of you even bother to care you can always call me and chat with me to keep my company at home.....no school for a week...
here's a cool link of the bone which i dislocated PATELLA

more info.....

highlight to read-->Patellar injury and dislocation are more prevalent in individuals who participate in certain sports and activities. Anterior knee pain is the most common initial presentation. In order of descending prevalence, soccer players, weight lifters, runners, and shooters regularly complain of acute knee pain. In addition, studies show soccer players and weight lifters have the most potential for long-term knee pain. One study reported 52% of 31 soccer players, 31% of 29 weightlifters, 21% of 28 long-distance runners, and 17% of 29 shooters reported knee pain at least once per month. Swimming also places the athlete at risk for knee pain. On the other hand, sports such as tennis are not associated with knee pain. In summary, factors that cause knee pain include the type, amount, and duration of sports activity.

Patellofemoral dysfunction is the most probable etiology of knee pain. Whether related to sports or not, 1 out of every 4 painful knees has been reported to be the result of patellofemoral dysfunction. To fully understand the nature of patellar injury and dislocation, review baseline properties by examining the causes of knee pain in people who perform different athletic activities.
